Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring 1000+ customer environments across AWS & Rackspace Cloud.
- Providing Linux OS Anywhere Support — physical, VMware, and cloud environments.
- Installing SSL certificates on dedicated servers and load balancers.
- Database administration and MySQL replication setup.
- Managing users, permissions, and LVM-based disk management.
- Handling web servers (Apache, Nginx) and application hosting.
- Supporting production issues and providing real-time resolutions.
